The Role
The Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Manager is responsible for driving digital growth, generating qualified pipeline and optimising marketing performance across all digital channels.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, owning digital acquisition, marketing automation, website performance and campaign optimisation.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring marketing investment delivers measurable commercial results.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across relevant digital channels.
- Deliver Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to targeted prospects.
- Optimise Hub Spot CRM, marketing automation and lead management processes.
- Build and manage lead nurturing workflows.
- Improve website performance, user experience and conversion rates.
- Lead technical SEO and AI search optimisation (AEO).
- Increase organic visibility and website traffic.
- Analyse campaign performance and marketing attribution.
- Produce marketing reports and actionable insights.
- Support pipeline generation through data‑driven digital marketing.
- Work closely with Sales to optimise lead quality and conversion.
Experience and attributes required
- Strong experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within technology or cyber security.
- Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing Google Ads, Linked In Ads and paid digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, website optimisation and analytics.
- Experience using GA4 and marketing reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- A passion for using AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing performance.
