Our client, a prestigious Independent school based in OX2, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an Admissions Officer. The Admissions department is the first point of contact for all families looking to join the school and this exciting, varied position is customer-centric, fast paced and deals with enquiries from parents end to end of the admissions cycle.
Suiting a senior administrator with experience in the education industry or a candidate already experienced in admissions, the successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of up to £35k, alongside a generous benefits package and offers fantastic career development, including qualifications and more.
- Organising and delivering events such as open days, tours and showcases the institution's talents
- Communicating effectively with prospective parents, pupils and internal stakeholders, both verbally and written
- Maintaining and updating the admissions database and records
- Proven experience as a senior administrator, or in a customer facing role within an education organisation, ideally at an independent school or similar
- IT Literate, with experience in managing CRM systems
