Our client, a prestigious establishment based near Oxford City Centre, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an HR Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable and prestigious establishment, and you will be providing generalist HR support across the organisation. The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of between £35-41.6k alongside a generous benefits package. This is a full-time role however the client is happy to consider part-time too. This is a maternity cover position, with flexibility on length (up to 12 months) dependent on the candidate and potential for extension.

The Role

  • Providing advice and guidance on all aspects of employment, recruitment and performance management
  • Managing recruitment processes end-to-end, including placing adverts, conducting and arranging interviews and managing the on-boarding process
  • Preparing the monthly Payroll alongside the Finance team
  • Ensuring all Visa applications and renewals are conducted in line with regulations
  • Maintaining electronic and hard copy personnel files
  • Any other ad-hoc HR related tasks

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of managing HR processes in a similar role
  • Experience of managing recruitment end-to-end, from advertisement, vetting and on-boarding
