We are building a next-generation Web3 consumer platform at the intersection of AI, content, the creator economy, gaming, decentralized finance, and digital ownership.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive market expansion, ecosystem growth, and brand development across key regions including North America, Europe, South America, and the Middle East. While the role covers multiple markets, candidates are preferably based in a European timezone.
This position requires a highly entrepreneurial and hands-on individual with strong knowledge of Web3 communities, particularly within the GameFi and DeFi sectors. The successful candidate will lead regional go-to-market execution while representing the company through industry events, partnerships, community engagement, and ecosystem initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the overall marketing strategy and market expansion initiatives across North America, Europe, South America, and the Middle East.
- Define regional positioning, go-to-market strategies, and growth roadmaps for the company’s products and ecosystem in each target market.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans covering brand, community, content, partnerships, KOLs, media relations, events, and user acquisition.
- Drive user growth and ecosystem adoption through campaigns tailored to GameFi, DeFi, and broader Web3 audiences across multiple regions.
- Build and manage relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders, including gaming communities, DeFi protocols, KOLs, creators, media outlets, investors, strategic partners, and industry leaders.
- Identify market opportunities, user segments, and growth channels in each region to increase product adoption and community engagement.
- Represent the company at relevant Web3, blockchain, gaming, DeFi, and technology events across the covered regions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Community, Business Development, and Leadership teams to align business objectives with multi-region execution.
- Establish marketing KPIs, manage budgets, monitor campaign performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes across markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, business development, ecosystem development, or community leadership within Web3, crypto, blockchain, or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience in the GameFi, blockchain gaming, or DeFi sector.
- Proven experience leading multi-region or regional marketing initiatives, go-to-market programs, product launches, or market expansion projects.
- Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, token economies, decentralized finance, blockchain gaming, community growth, and consumer-facing crypto products.
- Strong knowledge of the Web3 landscape in North America, Europe, and ideally South America and/or the Middle East, including communities, exchanges, investors, media, KOLs, and ecosystem partners.
- Demonstrated ability to develop multi-market strategy while remaining hands-on in campaign execution and community development.
- Native or professional-level English communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, execution, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Preferably based in a European timezone.
