About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support a busy executive in both personal and professional matters. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Mandarin, have prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, and be able to manage a dynamic schedule with flexibility. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the principal, including managing their calendar, arranging meetings, and handling day-to-day correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, with flexibility to accommodate changes in the principal’s schedule.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation related to business activities.
- Support in various personal tasks, ensuring efficiency in managing day-to-day needs.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibly adjust to varying work hours and travel requirements, including potential last-minute changes based on the principal’s schedule.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
- Right to work in the UK (must be eligible for employment in the UK).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or Executive Assistant (EA) with a track record of handling complex tasks and responsibilities.
- Candidates with hospitality/retail experience are also welcome.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a fluctuating schedule with ease.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as required by the principal’s schedule.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication tools (e.g., Lark, Zoom).
