As Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading one of our highest-volume UK locations at Westfield London.

This role is ideal for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced shopping centre environment, understands the unique demands of high footfall trading, and has a passion for developing teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead from the front, building a high-performing team, driving commercial results, and ensuring operational excellence across every aspect of the business.

Working closely with regional leadership and cross-functional partners, you will bring the SKIMS brand to life through exceptional service, strong commercial acumen, and inspirational leadership.

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience that reflects the SKIMS brand.
  • Lead from the sales floor, coaching the team in real time to maximise service and conversion.
  • Build a team of knowledgeable product experts who confidently educate and engage customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback, NPS and service metrics to continually improve the customer journey.
  • Commercial & Operational Excellence
  • Drive sales performance through strong commercial leadership and effective floor management.
  • Own key business metrics including sales, payroll, productivity, inventory, shrink and labour.
  • Analyse business trends and adjust trading strategies to maximise opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional standards of merchandising, replenishment and visual presentation.
  • Maintain operational excellence across scheduling, stock management, compliance and store processes.
  • Shopping Centre Leadership
  • Demonstrate experience successfully leading within a high-volume shopping centre environment where customer traffic, peak trading periods and operational complexity require strong leadership and agility.
  • Partner effectively with Westfield management, centre operations and neighbouring retailers when required.
  • Lead the business through key trading events including weekends, holidays, promotional periods and seasonal peaks while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Understand the importance of conversion, traffic, clienteling and repeat business within a premium shopping centre environment.
  • Cross Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, HR, Planning and regional leadership.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends, product opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Support new initiatives and continuously seek opportunities to improve performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years of retail leadership experience managing high-volume stores.
  • Previous experience leading within a premium shopping centre environment (Westfield or comparable destination preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales, payroll, labour and operational KPIs.
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service within a premium or luxury retail environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Passion for product, styling and visual merchandising.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable, solutions-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and peak trading periods.
