You will maintain visibility across all event activity managed by the team while driving measurable revenue. You will partner with GTM leadership, Revenue Marketing Managers, Partner Marketing and regional partners to ensure every event is strategically activated to maximize pipeline generation, customer engagement, and ROI. This is a hybrid role and you will report to the Revenue Marketing Director, EMEA.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of EMEA field events, including third-party trade shows, owned events, customer programs, executive dinners, partner activations, and regional roadshows.
  • Maintain oversight across all events managed by the EMEA events team, ensuring consistency in planning, execution standards, reporting, and business impact.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Marketing Managers, Partner Marketing Managers, Sales Leadership, and SDR teams to ensure strong pre-event, onsite, and post-event activation strategies are in place.
  • Drive sales coordination and accountability around event participation, including pre-event outreach, meeting booking strategies, onsite engagement plans, and post-event follow-up processes.
  • Personally execute and manage events across the region, balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery and operational management.
  • Develop scalable event frameworks, operational processes, and best practices that support both large-scale flagship programs and smaller regional activations.
  • Oversee event performance tracking and reporting, including pipeline influence, ROI analysis, lead conversion, engagement metrics, and executive-level reporting.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, agencies, logistics, and team members to ensure seamless execution across multiple concurrent projects and regions.
  • Evaluate and optimize event performance, identifying opportunities to improve attendee experience, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes.
  • Be a strategic advisor to marketing and sales leadership on event investment decisions, prioritization, and regional activation planning.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • A demand generation and pipeline-focused mindset, with a clear understanding of how to achieve measurable results from events.
  • Experience working with sales leadership and marketing teams to lead integrated go-to-market execution.
  • Experience analysing event data and reporting on event performance, ROI, and funnel impact.
  • Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, budgeting tools, and reporting platforms such as PowerBI or similar.
