As the Regional Director, Provider Partnerships for the UK, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and physician groups. Your primary focus will be on developing partnerships with concierge (retainer-based/membership based) medical practices. Your goal is to grow Prenuvo’s referral network, build long-term provider relationships, and support patients in accessing proactive, preventative imaging solutions. This role requires regular travel and in-field presence to build and strengthen provider partnerships across the region.

What You'll Do
- Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a regional provider partnership strategy to support clinic volume and revenue goals.
- Identify key market opportunities, referral channels, and untapped partnerships.
- Partnership Development
- Build strong, consultative relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, medical associations, and healthcare systems.
- Lead negotiations and execution of partnership agreements, including integration into clinical workflows.
- Leadership
- Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing provider partnership team as Prenuvo scales in the UK.
- Track KPIs, manage performance, and drive a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinic Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless provider experience and alignment on messaging and initiatives.
- Market Intelligence
- Serve as a regional expert, providing feedback on competitive landscape, pricing sensitivity, and healthcare system dynamics.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in provider partnerships, business development, or physician engagement, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, or medtech.
- Deep understanding of the UK healthcare market, including private practices, NHS pathways, and referral networks.
- Proven experience in building and scaling regional sales or partnerships teams.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and operational execution capabilities.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-growth, mission-driven environment.
Preferred
- Experience in preventative health, radiology, or digital health is a strong plus.
- Background in health tech startups or scale-ups is preferred.
- MBA, MPH, or relevant graduate degree a plus.
