SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the next generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. The Team Member role is responsible for bringing SKIMS to life for our customers. You foster a positive environment while delivering an exceptional store experience. You are customer focused, enjoy serving others, and are passionate about our product. Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
- Create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
- Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support each customer and build trust.
- Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviours to maintain a premium brand feel.
- Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
- Bring Operational Excellence by moving with urgency and efficiency, prioritising the customer experience.
- Remain calm and clear when challenges arise, staying flexible and stepping into different zones of the store as needed.

Requirements:
- Availability: Weekdays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with at least 14 hours of open availability between both days.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
- A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Eagerness to learn and grow, open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
- Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand and remain physically active throughout the shift.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly.
