We are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our international People Partnering team. You will provide hybrid and in-office strategic people partnering support for our TCO and GGO organisations across EMEA. You will work closely with leaders and our People & Culture Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated, high-impact people solutions.
As a Senior People Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping and sustaining our winning, high-performing culture—one grounded in our People & Culture Manifesto, where accountability, trust, growth, and results coexist. You will help leaders translate strategy into action, enabling teams to make an impact while scaling the business with speed, discipline, and heart.
You will report to the Senior Director, P&C - International.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Partnering with senior leadership teams to support workforce planning, engagement, talent, retention, development, and culture, supporting the organisation through ongoing transformation.
- Providing expertise and execution of People & Culture programmes across multiple functions.
- Identifying and accelerating development opportunities for leaders and high-potential talent.
- Using people analytics to promote data-led decision-making.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition to build diverse and qualified talent pipelines.
- Using AI to automate and scale People & Culture processes.
- Coaching leaders on performance management and feedback.
- Partnering with Engagement and Diversity leaders to support inclusive teams.
- Providing guidance on employee relations and investigations.
- Maintaining knowledge of employment legislation.
- Demonstrating operational excellence and ownership mindset.
- Partnering with global People & Culture colleagues.
- Acting as a role model for our success traits and manifesto commitments.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful:
- Experience in a matrixed, fast-growing environment (SaaS preferred).
- Experience coaching senior leaders.
- Experience in analysing and interpreting data to make decisions.
- Experience supporting transformational change.
- Practical experience using AI and automation.
- 5+ years experience in a HR role across multiple disciplines.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
