Role Overview
We’re looking for a Director of Revenue Marketing for EMEA to lead and scale a revenue marketing function across the region. You will be a hands‑on leader and subject matter expert, accountable for pipeline, Stage 0 creation, and revenue outcomes not just activity or awareness. You will be the right hand to the Senior Director of International Marketing. You will operate with autonomy, managing execution, and promoting agreement across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Partners, and Finance. You will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex, multi‑geo GTM environment. This is a role for someone thoughtful, grounded, commercially minded, and comfortable operating at pace.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
- Oversee EMEA revenue marketing strategy, with clear accountability for: MQs, Stage 0 creation, Pipeline contribution, Revenue influence.
- Translate global targets into measurable marketing plans.
- Guide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance - identifying gaps early and course‑correcting fast.
- Integrated GTM Execution
- Lead an integrated, multi‑channel approach across: Paid and unpaid digital, Email and lifecycle marketing, Partner and ecosystem marketing, Field and event‑led programs.
- Ensure channels work together, not alone, with clear roles across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU.
- Adapt strategy by market maturity, segment, and motion (Direct, Partner, XB, and ELR).
- Leadership & People Management
- Lead a team of marketers.
- Set clear expectations around accountability, output, and influence.
- Build a culture of ownership, pace, and execution - with mutual trust.
- Partner & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Operate as a senior partner to: Sales leadership, SDR / Sales Development, RevOps, Partner teams, Finance.
- Navigate priorities and align teams around shared outcomes.
- Escalate constructively when needed and guide decisions forward.
- Performance, Reporting and Analytics
- Be fluent in data, reporting and analytics.
- Use performance insights to inform decisions, not just report results.
- Oversee regional forecasting inputs and pipeline narratives.
- Ensure attribution, routing, and reporting integrity in partnership with RevOps.
- Executive Communication
- Deliver clear updates to senior leadership.
- Build compelling narratives backed by data.
- Represent EMEA revenue marketing in global forums with credibility and authority.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Experience
- 12–15+ years in B2B SaaS / FinTech / GTM environments.
- Experience leading revenue marketing or demand generation teams in EMEA.
- Experience driving pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just activity metrics.
- Experience operating in matrixed, international organisations.
Skills
- Revenue marketing Subject Matter Expert with a grasp of funnel dynamics and GTM motions.
- Excellent project manager and experience running multiple programs in parallel.
