EMEA Omni Brand Operations Coordinator to join us in building the next generation of intimates.
As we continue to expand our retail footprint across EMEA through owned stores, concessions and franchise partnerships, we are committed to delivering operational excellence and exceptional service across all channels.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-driven coordinator to support our growing EMEA Operations team in London.
Key Responsibilities Manage and process franchise, retail and concession orders across EMEA markets, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Act as a key operational contact for franchise partners, retail stores and concession teams, providing day-to-day support and issue resolution.
Monitor order lifecycle from order placement through to delivery and store receipt.
Coordinate closely with our 3PLs in Europe and UK and Logistics and Retail Teams to ensure smooth product flow and on-time deliveries.
Support new store openings and seasonal launches from an operational perspective.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, export paperwork and operational requirements for international outbound deliveries where required from the EU DC and CFS.
Partner with Sales, Finance and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve
