We are looking for a motivated, dependable and committed service engineer to join our team. As a member of the water consultancy & equipment team, it is key that you are able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as having the capabilities to work independently. Due to the nature of the job, travelling will be part of your day to day role.
Responsibilities- Carry out service of water treatment equipment such as softeners, reverse osmosis units, ozone units, side stream filtration units, UV units, and dosing units including occasional water analysis, sampling and legionella screening.
- Conduct fault‑finding and complete remedial works on water treatment equipment.
- Provide clear and detailed service and water treatment reports, highlighting any problems or follow‑ups required for further action.
- Ensure that service visits are completed within the allocated time.
- Present yourself in a professional manner to our clients at all times.
- Work within the requirements of all current Health & Safety legislation.
- Replace consumable spares as per the site maintenance schedules.
- Travel away, possibly work nights and weekends.
- Good reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to read equipment manuals and implement detailed procedures.
- Carry out other works as deemed necessary for the good of the business.
- A positive problem‑solving attitude.
- Must be able to travel around London and the outskirts.
