As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing initiatives, developing compelling campaigns, and engaging with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating efficiently as part of a dynamic team, contributing to SOCOTEC's mission as a global leader in Testing, Inspection, and Certification.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

• Support creation of marketing content for social media, newsletters, and communications
• Collaborate with digital and content teams to provide briefs, materials, and technical input
• Assist in developing service descriptions, case studies, and marketing collateral
• Ensure all communications reflect brand services and expertise accurately
• Liaise with digital teams to support campaigns, website updates, and content publication
• Coordinate timelines and requirements across marketing, technical teams, and partners
• Create visual content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (training provided)
• Design materials for presentations, reports, brochures, and events
• Assist with basic video editing and short-form content
• Support planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
• Help organise events, webinars, seminars, and conferences
• Coordinate event materials, invitations, and follow-up communications
• Attend events and internal meetings when required
• Work with internal teams to gather information for marketing activities
• Respond to marketing requests and support internal communications
• Update presentations and create marketing documents as needed
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market activity
• Assist with tracking campaigns and organising marketing resources
• Maintain marketing asset libraries and templates
• Support marketing calendars and communications schedules
• Ensure materials are stored and shared effectively
• Occasional travel to other offices (primarily London) for collaboration

Qualifications:

• Entry-level experience or qualification in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
• An interest in developing broad, all-round marketing skills, with exposure to content, communications, campaigns, and events
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage information clearly
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing tools
• Good written communication skills
• Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and build an understanding of SOCOTEC services and the built environment sector
