Fire Safety Consultant, SOCOTEC. Competitive Salary + Car Allowance. Field Based.

To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Building and Real Estate Division. SOCOTEC’s Fire Engineering and Fire Safety teams provide an award-winning, flexible, and forward-thinking approach, as well as a high level of technical capability, providing our clients with cost-effective and practical solutions for the full range of fire safety problems.

We’re looking for experienced Fire Safety Consultants, particularly in the South-East and London area, to primarily undertake:

  • Fire Risk Assessments
  • Fire Compartmentation and Integrity Surveys
  • Fire Door Surveys

  • Conduct full and comprehensive site assessments/surveys as required by project briefs
  • Identify hazards and associated risks, provide guidance to remove or reduce the risks to an acceptable level and manage the remaining risks
  • Produce detailed reports using SOCOTEC UK Limited templates, in required timescales to meet project KPIs and to expected standards
  • Help guide clients through the necessary statutory requirements to ensure compliance and ensure we maintain our expected service levels
