This Service Engineer will play a vital role in support and maintenance of water treatment equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and delivering high-quality service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Carry out service of water treatment equipment such as softeners, reverse osmosis units, ozone units, side stream filtration units, UV units, and dosing units, including occasional water analysis, sampling and legionella screening.
- Conduct fault‑finding and complete remedial works on water treatment equipment.
- Provide clear and detailed service and water treatment reports, highlighting any problems or follow‑ups required for further action.
- Ensure that service visits are completed within the allocated time.
- Present yourself in a professional manner to clients at all times.
- Work within the requirements of all current Health and Safety regulations.
