As our company grows and develops, we are ever expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride. We are looking for a proactive, reliable and flexible Project Coordinator to join our Structures & Pavements team. As a member of Structures & Pavements, you will be exposed to a range of unique projects across the country. It is key that you have the balance to be driven and independent, as well as being a strong team player. A background in project management and knowledge of the industry are essential in order to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
- Frontline contact with clients in respect of understanding and managing their requirements
- Creating and issuing accurate quotations in line with the clients’ requirements
- Assisting with producing and managing contract reviews in line with QA system
- Assisting with scheduling of site works to maximise efficiencies and operational output
- Assisting with producing and issuing RAMS
- Creating purchase orders for subcontractors
- Assisting with setting up of live job folders ensuring all details for reporting and invoicing are present
- Accurately processing measures and invoicing to the clients upon completion of projects

Our Structures & Pavements team performs an extensive range of testing, investigation and condition surveys across a wide range of UK Infrastructure assets including highways, rail, airfields, ports and harbours, power stations, sports stadia and building investigations across industrial, commercial and residential properties.
