As we continue our ambitious growth, SOCOTEC's Environment & Safety Division is excited to offer an opportunity to join our dynamic Fire Safety teams and make a real impact. Renowned for our award-winning expertise, we combine technical excellence with a forward-thinking, flexible approach, delivering practical, cost-effective solutions across the full spectrum of fire safety challenges.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with technical and contractual queries from clients, consultants, and operational team members
- Supporting client estate management teams with ongoing contractual requirements
- Providing project delivery strategies for new projects in collaboration with the Operations team
- Completing fee proposals within specified timescales and providing technical input to the Operations team
Qualifications
- Member Grade of the Institution of Fire Engineers (MIFireE) or equivalent
- Diploma level 4 in fire safety and Certified Fire Risk Assessor qualification
- Excellent knowledge of fire safety sector regulations, including Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
- Detailed knowledge of British Standards relating to Fire Safety
- Qualifications in Fire Risk Assessment, fire safety systems and inspection
