We are looking for a reliable, flexible and committed Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join our Asbestos team. As a member of the team, it is key that you are able to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently. Help us to ensure the safety of the buildings around us by identifying, monitoring and overseeing all things asbestos.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake air monitoring and 4 stage clearances in accordance with HSG248
- Undertake management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys in accordance with HSG264
- Be required to embrace a varied client portfolio which includes the MOD estate
- Assist clients with management recommendations and consultancy advice
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Holds relevant asbestos qualification (BOHS P402, P403 & P404 as applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience carrying out the role
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to work on own initiative
