Contracts Coordinator – Maidstone

As our company grows and develops, we are ever expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Contracts Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.
We are looking for a reliable, flexible and committed Contracts Coordinator to join our Geotechnical team. As a member of Geotechnical, it is key that you are able to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently. While you may be performing the same array of tests day to day, the projects you undertake and the locations you are working from will constantly change, meaning no two days will be the same.
The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to)
- Ensuring fieldwork and facility equipment and supplies are in good order
- Manage equipment which requires annual inspection or calibration
- Day to day operational support for project managers and field staff so as to ensure programme targets are met
- Liaise with Engineers throughout the site works phase
- Report your undertakings using the appropriate formats
- Assisting in the divisions compliance in respect of Company Procedures
- With assistance from Project Managers, understanding the brief and budget make up of projects, and delivery within these parameters
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate
- Basic computer skills in word and excel
- Have excellent telephone skills
- Hold a clean driving licence
- Mobility, flexibility and commitment
