Quantity Surveyor for the Southern Region of the business. To assist the Operations team in managing and overseeing all commercial matters on projects from tender handover, through delivery to completion. To provide Commercial input and advice to Project Managers and Engineers as necessary while managing the region's commercial performance.

- Understanding of NEC Contract
- Aware of various options
- Aware of different construction contracts & their relevant applications
- Support Project Managers/Operations Managers to ensure that the obligations and responsibilities of the different projects and other stakeholders are properly fulfilled
- Assessing cost of variations & attaining agreement with other parties
