Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate and develop new sales opportunities for Socomec Critical Power products across the London area
- Build strong relationships with end‑users, design‑and‑build contractors, consultants, and channel partners
- Prepare and manage quotations, coordinate with pre‑sales teams, and ensure customers are supported throughout the sales cycle
- Present and promote new Socomec technologies and demonstrate the quantifiable benefits of our products
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in Expert Services, Energy Efficiency, Power Control & Safety, Energy Storage, and International Key Accounts to maximise opportunities
- Deepen your knowledge of Socomec’s solutions and the competitive landscape to support effective commercial strategy
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
- A degree or similar qualification in electrical engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Critical Power sales, ideally selling UPS or STS solutions
- Experience working with IT channels or specialist power VARs (beneficial)
- Strong technical understanding of electrical or electronic engineering
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting technical solutions to customers
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work autonomously when required
