- Proven expertise in gap analysis, process re-engineering, and data mapping for derivatives
- Strong track record producing high-quality BRDs, FRDs, and use-case documentation
- Agile/Scrum experience—including backlog creation and sprint planning
- Experience working within global delivery models and with cross-location teams
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with batch scheduling tools: Control-M, AutoSys, Cron
- Proficiency in SQL and strong data analysis skills
- Exposure to messaging technologies such as FIX, MQ, TIBCO EMS
- Knowledge of file transfer protocols such as FTP/SFTP
