This role sits right at the heart of the finance operations and treasury function, supporting the movement and safeguarding of client funds while ensuring smooth day to day operations.
What will you be doing?
- Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally
- Entering and managing payments within the banking platform
- Updating, reconciling and sending daily client reporting files
- Supporting client fund management and fund movements
- Investigating and resolving errors or missing data within transaction files
- Assisting with scheme reporting and operational treasury processes
You’ll work closely with both internal teams and clients, playing a key role in maintaining accurate financial operations in a high volume, fast paced fintech environment.

Qualifications & experience
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets
- Experience working with high volume transactions and large data files
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a team
- The ability to prioritise and make decisions in a fast moving environment
Nice to have
- Experience in Payments or FinTech
- Knowledge of multi currency transactions
