- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in event production and management, handling both small intimate events and large flagship events.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering events within those budgets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships and drive delivery from team members, external stakeholders, and third-party providers.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Previous experience with new technology scale-ups is preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to travel to manage events onsite.
