In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the customer journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, meaningful engagement and long lasting partnerships. You’ll work closely with sales, logistics, and technical teams – acting as the key point of contact for all things client-related. What you’ll be doing:
- Building trusted, long term relationships with key clients
- Driving satisfaction and retention across a growing portfolio
- Guiding customers through onboarding and day-to-day success
