  • Keeping teams aligned and maintaining delivery momentum across multiple concurrent workstreams

What are they looking for?

  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders while keeping projects on track commercially and technically
  • Structured approach to planning, prioritisation, and risk mitigation
  • Comfortable working close to the detail while still maintaining a big-picture view of delivery
  • Naturally proactive, with the ability to remove blockers and drive progress without constant direction
  • Clear communicator who can engage effectively with both engineers and senior leadership
