Some baseline skills which we are looking for are (grads/juniors do not worry so much on the technical proficiencies!):

Strong Communication with the right attitude and aptitude,
AWS, Linux, Ansible, Web Application understanding, Prometheus, Terraform.

Nice to have:

Docker, Kubernetes, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, AI experience or desire to learn.

Must: 2:1 and above degree is required, ideally from a top university.
