Base pay range

How would you like to help improve the mental health of people around the globe? This company is doing just that, supporting pharma, research, and healthcare professionals with their trusted software.

They are building a new Inside Sales division, and need a Sales Lead to build and grow a team in rural Cambridgeshire.

They\’ll support you with your own personal development and career progression plan, private healthcare, hybrid working, and much more! They\’ve been in the space for over 30 years and have been pivotal in supporting patients and the industry in areas including ADHD, depression, epilepsy, Parkinson\’s, trauma, and more.

You\’ll need a few things:

A couple of years of sales leadership experience under your belt with aspirations to progress
To be KPI obsessed and know how to get the best out of your small team
To lead from the front and be happy making cold calls and outreach
Be comfortable planning your own days / weeks and implementing solid training programmes
Happy growing a team

Your education is important too, but you don\’t need to have a PhD. 🙂
