Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Sage 200 users across finance, commercial, and operational teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Sage 200 modules (e.g., Financials, Commercials, Manufacturing).
- Liaise with end-users to gather information, log issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Work with developers and consultants to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
- Assist with software upgrades, patching, and system testing.
- Document support processes and maintain internal knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience supporting Sage 200 (minimum 1–2 years).
- Strong understanding of core Sage 200 modules (particularly Financials and Commercials).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and basic report creation (e.g., Sage Reports, Crystal Reports) is desirable.
- Experience working in a helpdesk or application support environment.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
