Are you a Product Manager who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and enjoys turning strategy into meaningful customer and business outcomes? We’re working with an innovative financial services organisation investing heavily in the next generation of banking and digital products - and they’re looking for Product Managers to help shape the future. This is an opportunity to own squad-level product delivery and optimisation, working across high-impact areas including:

  • Owning and prioritising a product backlog and delivery roadmap
  • Translating strategy into clear product outcomes and priorities
  • Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk & Compliance
  • Balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility and regulatory requirements
  • Defining success metrics and using data to continuously improve products and customer journeys
  • Managing dependencies and driving delivery momentum across squads

I’d love to speak with people who have:

  • 8 + years of Product Manager / Product Owner experience in digital or technology-led environments
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and Agile delivery models
  • Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capability
  • Experience balancing competing priorities in regulated or complex organisations
  • Financial Services or regulated industry experience (highly desirable)
  • Understanding of APIs, digital platforms and system integrations
