What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and prioritising a product backlog and delivery roadmap
- Translating strategy into clear product outcomes and priorities
- Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk & Compliance
- Balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility and regulatory requirements
- Defining success metrics and using data to continuously improve products and customer journeys
- Managing dependencies and driving delivery momentum across squads
I'd love to speak with people who have:
- 8 + years of Product Manager / Product Owner experience in digital or technology-led environments
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and Agile delivery models
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capability
- Experience balancing competing priorities in regulated or complex organisations
- Financial Services or regulated industry experience (highly desirable)
