We’ve partnered with a global insurance company as they continue to grow their Engineering team – they’re seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead & drive innovation & quality across the software development lifecycle. The company are working on several new products, so an opportunity to work on multiple greenfield projects. This is a hands-on position with the expectation of technical leadership & excellence, where you will take on a leading role in mentoring, architecture & software design. You’ll become a subject matter expert & will champion software development best practices across the wider business. It’s essential to have had a background that has included leadership previously.
