We are looking for a OneStream Functional Consultant to join a growing delivery team, supporting enterprise clients across financial transformation programmes. This role is ideal for someone who can operate at the intersection of business and technology, combining strong functional finance knowledge with the ability to work closely alongside technical teams.
You will play a key role in bridging the gap between the client and internal developers, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, translated, and delivered effectively within OneStream.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support requirements gathering workshops, working closely with finance, IT and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs within OneStream.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical/development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Contribute to the design and configuration of OneStream solutions, with exposure to technical components where required.
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including testing (UAT), documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Analyse and optimise financial processes including consolidation, planning, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with broader finance transformation objectives.
- Experience working with OneStream or other EPM tools such as Oracle EPM / Hyperion / SAP BPC.
- Strong functional finance understanding (consolidation, planning, reporting).
- Background as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
- Proven experience facilitating or contributing to requirements gathering sessions.
- Ability to work across both business and technical teams.
- Experience supporting or delivering EPM implementations or enhancements.
