Keep our high-tech facility running smoothly and securely.

An exciting tech company at the forefront of global innovation is looking for a proactive, organised, and people-friendly Site Compliance & Visitor Administrator to join our growing Cambridge team.
We work on advanced technology used in mission-critical environments around the world — and we need someone who can ensure that our office, visitors, and day-to-day operations run like clockwork.
About the Role You’ll be the welcoming face of our Cambridge HQ, making sure contractors and guests are properly coordinated, health & safety records are up to date, and office logistics (like supplies and room bookings) are handled with care.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves working with people, and wants to make a visible impact on a growing company.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Managing visitor bookings and inductions — ensuring a smooth and professional experience
  • Coordinating site access, contractor checks, ID verification and travel logistics
  • Organising meeting room schedules, office supplies, catering, and event prep
  • Supporting site compliance records — including H&S, maintenance, and documentation
  • Handling general admin tasks and acting as the first point of contact via phone

What We\’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in a facilities, admin, compliance, or front-of-house role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A helpful, approachable attitude — calm under pressure, always one step ahead
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things orderly
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Bonus: exposure to a technical or high-compliance environment (e.g. engineering, R&D, defence, pharma)

Why Join Us? This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly-visible role at an ambitious tech company solving important global challenges.

  • Friendly, collaborative culture
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Impactful, varied work with a growing business
  • Career development opportunities as we scale
