We are working with a well-established and growing consultancy that is expanding its OneStream practice due to continued project wins and increased client demand.
This is an exciting opportunity for an EPM Consultant with experience in tools such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM / Hyperion, SAP BPC, Tagetik, Board, or similar, to cross-train into OneStream and build long-term expertise in a market leading platform.
You will join a collaborative consulting team delivering enterprise performance management solutions for a range of clients, helping to support projects across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and transformation initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong grounding in EPM systems and wants to develop into a OneStream Consultant, with structured training and the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of OneStream implementation projects
- Work with clients to gather and analyse finance and reporting requirements
- Assist in building planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions
- Configure and enhance EPM solutions to meet client business needs
- Support data integration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with senior consultants on client workshops and solution design
- Assist with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Develop expertise in OneStream architecture, configuration, and best practices
Required Experience
- Experience working with enterprise performance management (EPM) tools, such as: Oracle EPM / Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tagetik, Board or similar
- Experience supporting planning, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting processes
- Strong understanding of finance transformation / FP&A / consolidation workflows
- Experience gathering business requirements and supporting solution delivery
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Desire to develop into a specialist OneStream Consultant
Essential Requirement
To be considered, candidates must have prior EPM consulting or implementation experience with another EPM platform.
This role is designed for professionals looking to transition their EPM skill set into OneStream, so previous exposure to tools outside of OneStream is essential.
