A leading organisation operating at the intersection of technology, change, and mergers & acquisitions is seeking a Technology Adaptation & Training Specialist to support post-merger integration and transformation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that newly acquired teams successfully adopt systems, tools, and ways of working, enabling the business to realise value from M&A activity quickly and effectively.
The successful candidate will work closely with technology, change, and business stakeholders to design and deliver training programmes that support system adoption across complex, fast-moving environments. The focus will be on translating technology change into practical, user-friendly learning experiences during periods of significant organisational transition.
Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering technology training programmes to support post-merger integration
- Supporting end-users through system migrations, platform consolidation, and process changes
- Assessing training needs across acquired businesses and tailoring learning approaches accordingly
- Creating clear, engaging training materials (guides, workshops, e-learning, live sessions)
- Partnering with IT, change, and leadership teams to drive adoption and minimise disruption
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for users during periods of change
