SoCode are looking for a Talent Manager on a Contract basis initially, to go to market for several strategic hires for the next phase of our growth. With 5 facilities across the US and EMEA, SoCode are an established and successful Global Technology Staffing Solutions provider. The firm has consistently been able to grow and adapt to generate 11 years of consecutive growth in sales income.
Recently we have launched a series of new Enterprise Grade solutions, which upon launch have resulted in a large increase in Revenues (120% Growth YTD) without the need to increase our headcount. Due to the significant uplift in Enterprise scale Clientele and Key Accounts, we are now looking to build a new dedicated Client Function from the ground up.
The Talent Manager will be responsible for this build and for hiring several Client-led strategic hires to own the Sales Pipeline for these products and services to continue our expansion whilst further delighting the clients that have subscribed.
We are looking for someone experienced to work alongside our Group CEO and SLT to own our end-to-end Talent Pipeline. You should have the intelligence, ability, and confidence to impress and attract Enterprise-Facing Solutions and Service professionals across the EMEA territory and bring some experience in Consulting Practices, Staffing Industry, and Solutions Sales.
