Working for a fast-growing business based in Basingstoke, this is an exciting opportunity to join the business as they embark on a period of growth and change in direction.
In this pivotal position, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and that systems across the business remain resilient and compliant. You’ll work closely with the IT Manager to help shape and implement the broader IT strategy and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day user support, managing and resolving IT issues across the company.
- Ensure full GDPR compliance across all systems, devices, and data handling processes.
- Support cyber security efforts, including compliance, monitoring, and contributing to policy enhancements.
- Manage all hardware requirements, including procurement, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Key Skills:
- Experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Have used Google Workplace and 3CX IP telephony systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
- Analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement.
