Our client has an incredible team of professionals who are operating at the sharp end of defence innovation, turning complex ideas into deployable, real world capability! We’re looking for a leader who can bring energy, direction, and accountability - someone who knows how to turn marketing into a genuine growth engine.
You’ll be stepping into a business at an exciting stage, with the opportunity to elevate brand, sharpen positioning, and drive a high quality pipeline in a complex, high value B2B environment. You’ll work directly with the Head of Defence Sales, owning the connection between marketing and revenue.
Expect to:
- Drive qualified lead generation across digital, events and campaigns
- Mentor and grow your small team, leading from the front
- Shape thought leadership (white papers, insights, speaking opportunities)
- Own the website, content and marketing collateral
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to strengthen positioning
- Manage external partners, including PR
- Take full ownership of marketing spend and ROI
ESSENTIAL Experience
