Responsibilities
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and designers to turn concepts into prototypes.
- Lead projects from concept to prototype in a collaborative, low-hierarchy environment.
- Work on next-generation hardware and software for secure communications and defence technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ FPGA firmware development experience (VHDL/Verilog, Vivado/Quartus).
- Proven track record of designing and delivering technical solutions.
- Relevant degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience with DSP/system modeling (MATLAB/Simulink), embedded software (C/C++/Linux), electronics development, SDRs, radar, or communications applications is advantageous.
- Agile, creative, and comfortable taking projects from concept to prototype.
- Previous defence sector experience is a plus but not essential.
