We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OneStream Lead Consultant for a 12‑month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of OneStream solution for a client, playing a critical role in driving financial transformation and performance management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of OneStream solutions, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable OneStream solutions.
- Drive workshops and solution design sessions with finance and IT stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope and budget.
- Configure OneStream applications for consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants or internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OneStream development, integration, and performance.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and support handovers to internal teams or end users.
- Stay updated with OneStream best practices, product updates, and market trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in leading OneStream implementations (minimum 2 full lifecycle projects preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
- Expertise in OneStream application configuration, business rules, workflows, and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles (CPA, ACCA, or finance background a plus).
- Experience with data integration tools, SQL, and data transformation processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent certification.
- Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 or specialized OneStream consultancy.
