Are you ready to take ownership in a fast scaling fintech where payments power possibility? Our client is a great, ambitious, and rapidly growing fintech entering a major stage of expansion. They are building something bold in the payments space and now we are looking for a FinOps & Treasury Manager to play a role in shaping the future of their finance operations.
About the role:
- This isn't just a standard treasury role; you will take ownership of a growing function in a scaling fintech and help design and automate best-in-class finance processes from the ground up.
- Work closely with senior leadership whilst managing and mentoring two Treasury Analysts and supporting new product launches and client onboarding.
- Sit at the heart of operations, safeguarding, reconciling and optimising client funds whilst ensuring strong controls and regulatory compliance.
- Own fund management.
