In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the customer journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, meaningful engagement and long lasting partnerships.
You will work closely with sales, logistics, and technical teams β acting as the key point of contact for all things client-related. If you are organised, proactive, and thrive in a people-first culture, please apply!
What you will be doing:
- Building trusted, long term relationships with key clients
- Driving satisfaction and retention across a growing portfolio
- Guiding customers through onboarding and day-to-day success
