Job Title: Junior Business Central Consultant
Location: This is a full-time hybrid position located in Northamptonshire, with occasional travel to customer sites. 5 days on site initially, reducing down to 3 days.
Salary: Up to £45k (depending on skills/experience)
Our client is a well-established Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner based in Northamptonshire. They are a team of experienced Dynamics consultants who specialise in delivering Business Central and NAV solutions. With nearly two decades of proven success, the company has earned a strong reputation for implementing effective systems that provide tangible benefits to their customers. Their consultants have extensive experience with Dynamics technology, including its earliest iterations, allowing them to focus on real-world functionality and value rather than just marketing promises. Their client base ranges from small businesses using standard cloud solutions to large multinational organisations running complex, customised systems with hundreds of users.
Responsibilities
- Work with new and existing clients to analyse business processes and gather requirements
- Assess the feasibility of client requests, including cost/benefit analysis
- Understand data structures and data flows for both new and existing processes
- Prepare functional proposal documents suitable for client review
- Create technical documentation to support developers and technicians with bespoke requirements
- Develop and manage test plans, overseeing testing by internal teams and clients
- Coordinate deployment of new developments and monitor their performance
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including end-user assistance when required
Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial management, accounting, and/or supply chain management
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Project management experience is advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with a willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- Full UK driving licence
