An exciting tech company at the forefront of global innovation is looking for a proactive, organised, and people-friendly Site Compliance & Visitor Administrator to join our growing Cambridge team. We work on advanced technology used in mission-critical environments around the world and we need someone who can ensure that our office, visitors, and day-to-day operations run like clockwork.
About the Role
You’ll be the welcoming face of our Cambridge HQ, making sure contractors and guests are properly coordinated, health & safety records are up to date, and office logistics (like supplies and room bookings) are handled with care. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, loves working with people, and wants to make a visible impact on a growing company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing visitor bookings and inductions — ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Coordinating site access, contractor checks, ID verification and travel logistics
- Organising meeting room schedules, office supplies, catering, and event prep
- Supporting site compliance records — including H&S, maintenance, and documentation
- Handling general admin tasks and acting as the first point of contact via phone
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a facilities, admin, compliance, or front-of-house role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A helpful, approachable attitude — calm under pressure, always one step ahead
- Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things orderly
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Bonus: exposure to a technical or high-compliance environment (e.g. engineering, R&D, defence, pharma)
