Senior C++ Software Engineer Salary: Up to £65,000 Location: Cambridge Working Environment: Hybrid   This company is a multinational business, providing real-time communication solutions across the globe that are utilised within a wide-variety of industries, including the broadcasting, live performance and events, sports and e-sports, government and defence and many more. They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the business and work on the development of these products.   As a Senior Software Engineer, you will form part of an agile development team and be working across the entire software development life cycle. You will be developing cross-platform products running on real-time systems, writing software from a low-level up to application level.   This role is within a collaborative business, and you will have the opportunity to work alongside other software teams on a variety of products targeted towards different domains.   Key Skills Degree in Computer Science or relevant subject, or relevant experience. 7+ years’ experience programming in C/C++ on Linux. Experience with Python and Bash for scripting.Desired, but not essential: Experience developing software applications targetting embedded systems, or exposure to kernel / device driver development. Experience or exposure to Yocto. Experience developing software for telecommunications / networking / audio products
