The business is headquartered in Cambridge and has a strong track record of innovation. They are now investing heavily in new product development and delivery programmes, and as part of this growth are seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team.
The Role as Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects from concept through to deployment. Working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, operations, and customer-facing functions), you’ll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the high standards expected by the business.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the telecoms / wireless domain.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of engineering and customer projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Act as a key interface between internal engineering teams, suppliers, and customers.
Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
Support resource allocation and prioritisation across multiple programmes.
Identify risks and issues, proposing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager (wireless, or electronics industry preferred).
Strong background in coordinating technical/engineering teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, or similar).
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
