An innovative and fast-growing technology company is seeking a Production Assembly Technician to join its manufacturing team. The business develops advanced radio frequency (RF) systems used in mission-critical applications across defence, security, and regulatory sectors.

What You'll Do
- You'll be part of a small, dedicated team assembling and testing low-volume, high-precision electromechanical systems.
- Building light electromechanical assemblies to specification.
- Performing occasional cable manufacturing and soldering.
- Running RF and electrical tests using automated software.
- Maintaining clear and accurate records of build processes and workflows.
- Keeping a clean, organised workspace in line with ISO 9001 standards.
- Contributing to process improvements and upholding quality standards.
