This is an opportunity to own squad-level product delivery and optimisation, working across high-impact areas including:

  • Cards
  • Payments
  • Core Banking
  • Lending & Liquidity
  • Data & Digital Platforms

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and prioritising a product backlog and delivery roadmap
  • Translating strategy into clear product outcomes and priorities
  • Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk & Compliance
  • Balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility and regulatory requirements
  • Defining success metrics and using data to continuously improve products and customer journeys
  • Managing dependencies and driving delivery momentum across squads

I'd love to speak with people who have:

  • 8 + years of Product Manager / Product Owner experience in digital or technology-led environments
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and Agile delivery models
  • Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capability
  • Experience balancing competing priorities in regulated or complex organisations
  • Financial Services or regulated industry experience (highly desirable)
  • Understanding of APIs, digital platforms and system integrations
